Form 13F is a quarterly report of certain equity holdings by institutional investment managers over a size threshold. It is a snapshot as of quarter-end and publishes with a lag.
13Fs are often cited as “who owns the stock,” but they omit many instruments, can be stale, and do not equal a real-time ownership tape.
Terminal OWN lists a 13F when it appears in the recent EDGAR submissions window and links to the SEC document. We do not parse share counts into a fake top-holders table on Hosted.
